Consult O. Reg. 490/09 Section 24 for full details. Standard methods refer to those methods published by agencies such as NIOSH (U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health), OSHA (U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration), HSE (U.K. Health and Safety Executive), ASTM (American Society for Testing Materials) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization), etc. Resource Information A control program will include aspects of a specific, detailed and technical nature. The individual circumstances in each situation demand different approaches. Because of this, it would be inappropriate for this document to attempt to outline a control program for your firm.
