heights.
• It involved reviewing and
extracting information from files
prepared by ministry inspectors about fatal injuries to better
understand contributing factors.
• This included a review of 92 fall from height fatality events
that
occurred from 2009 to 2016 (excludes slips, trips,
staircases).
