Maintenance Guidelines

Loader
The loader should be washed and disinfected after each fl ock load out as part of good biosecurity
procedures. You should also perform the following preventative maintenance operations after
disinfection:
■ grease bearings
■ oil conveyor chain and rollers
■ oil main conveyor
■ check frame for cracks
■ check hydraulic cylinders and hoses for leaks.
Loaders must be serviced annually.
Power Pack, Tractors, PTOs
All power units must be serviced and maintained as per manufacturers' recommendations.
