3 Work Place Violence Incident April 6, 1999 – A former transit employee entered an OC Transport service garage and killed 4 men and then himself with a hunting rifle. As a result of an inquest, the jury made 77 recommendations. – Federal and Provincial governments create legislation and requirements dealing with workplace violence
