In the post-pandemic period, which will be filled with uncertainty, one of the primary
considerations for restaurant businesses will be safety – not only for customers, but for
employees. Online training can help our store managers stay on track. Also, we cannot
live without mobile communications. Most of our members' restaurants have collaborated
with food delivery businesses and developed websites or mobile apps for ordering.
Everything is "on the go", and some restaurants have even launched online safety check-in
functions. All of these innovations will have implications for safety.
