When creating a psychological health and safety strategy it is useful
to ensure that existing support programs and trainings meet the
needs of leaders.
Not all leaders have been trained or understand the importance and
value for developing their intra and interpersonal skills.
When creating a strategy to support leaders, be mindful of the
resources (e.g., budget), available capacity (e.g., leaders time to
engage in programs).
