Appendix A: Workshop Process Details
6. The lists were collected and amalgamated into one master list [pre-
workshop];
7. The master list was sent to each of the SMEs for their review [pre-workshop];
8. A hybrid face to face/virtual workshop was conducted for the assessment and
prioritization of each identified event on the master list;
9. For each identified event on the list, the SMEs contributed towards a robust
discussion. The discussion generated a deeper objective understanding and
allowed for all perspectives to be heard [comments are NOT attributed];
10.After discussion for each event, the SMEs voted (based on a pre-identified
criteria/scale) to lock in their value judgments on the Likelihood and
Consequence of each event occurring;
