34 Workshop Process Details 11. Votes were obtained instantaneously and anonymously; 12. Based on the results of the SME votes, the facilitator calculated the average Likelihood (L) and average Consequence (C) [average = sum of votes / number of votes] and Risk [L x C] for each event; then categorized their respective risk ratings. Standard deviation (SD) was than calculated. Draft results were validated with each SME and any changes made were factored into the final Top 10 workshop risk events list. The Employer Top 10 and Worker Top 10 were compared with the overall Workshop Results Top 10, respectively; 13. Final results were released to the workshop participants, MLITSD, relevant industry associations, and the industry.
