32 Workshop Process Details 1. An industry was determined for a risk assessment; 2. Peer‐recognized subject matter experts (SMEs) from the selected industry were identified; 3. A full‐day workshop was scheduled; 4. Facilitator(s) engaged with each workshop participant to orient them with the purpose, theory, logistics, accommodations and expectations of the workshop; 5. Each of the selected SMEs listed (identified) the situations or conditions (events) that could lead to injury or illness with their corresponding contributing factors, current controls and appropriate evidence (pre‐ workshop);
