JHSC Formation
Got 20 or more workers? Have
an order under Section 33?
Working with certain designated
substances? Time for a JHSC.

Respond Promptly
Reply in writing within
21 days to health and safety
recommendations from the
JHSC or HSR.
Manage Violence
