The Right to Know
1
Do you feel that something you're about to do is unsafe?
Or that you don't have the proper training to use a tool or piece of equipment?

3 The Right to Refuse Unsafe Work
See something you think may be unsafe? Or does your gut tell you there's
something wrong? Listen to your gut.
Say something to your supervisor right away. If you need some
additional support, ask your Health & Safety Representative or
worker member of the JHSC. Their name(s) and work location
should be posted on your workplace's Health & Safety Board.
