As a parent, it's heartbreaking to hear your child is being made to feel embarrassed, confused
or upset. Knowing it could happen at work where you're unable to help is especially hard.
Send them to work with confidence. Equip them with the knowledge they need to recognize
inappropriate behaviour, understand their rights, and respond to the situation effectively.
