WORKER AND MANAGEMENT CONSENSUS
It's important to note that both the worker and management representatives ranked lack of leadership
commitment at the top of the scale (i.e., all participants ranked it at 7 on the scale).
Inadequate training came in at the number-two spot for both worker and management representatives,
again showing consensus among the group. The third most significant factor was inadequate supervision.
"There was at least 80% alignment on the top ten factors. The fact that worker and management
representatives largely agreed shows that they are in sync on many key points," says Lok.
