Risk Assessment
▪ 57 hazardous events were identified prior to the workshop
▪ During the workshop (May 14, 2024):
– 13 additional hazardous events were added
– 20 hazardous events were removed
▪ A total of 47 hazardous events were assessed and validated by the
industry SMEs
– 45 hazardous events remain on the list after the amalgamation of MSDs – force,
posture and repetition – into one line item
▪ Validations were completed between May 21-23, 2024
