Doug is a veteran health and safety professional with extensive experience in large facilities. Before joining WSPS, he gained valuable experience working for two power generation companies, where he operated and managed power plant equipment. This foundation equipped him with the expertise to recognize, assess, control, and evaluate various hazards within industrial facilities.

I recall being a participant in several Industrial Accident Prevention Association (IAPA) health and safety training solutions as a Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) member. Now, I am proud to offer machine safety consulting and training such as lockout tag out and machine safeguarding.

As a First-Class Operating Engineer and Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), Doug is driven to provide health and safety support and solutions to his clients and says working with a wide variety of workplaces in Eastern Ontario keeps him motivated and inspired.

I am committed to seeing all my clients succeed in their health and safety journey. After an assessment or training session is completed, I am readily accessible to address any follow up questions or concerns they may have.
