He helps organizations create safer work environments that adhere to relevant machine and robotic standards and guidelines and maintain employer obligations through Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) compliance.

Joshua holds the designations of Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) and Associate Ergonomist (AE) through the Canadian College for the Certification of Professional Ergonomist (CCCPE). He integrates machine and robotics safety design with a focus on musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) prevention, promoting safe and efficient processes that always consider the end user—the worker.
