Russ Whitehead

Russ is an experienced former Ontario Public Sector executive with proven success in leading transformational initiatives and delivering tangible business value in complex environments. Russ has broad experience in service delivery, strategy and design, digital and information technology, governance, and performance management. Most recently at Supply Ontario, a new provincial agency, he set up the foundations for the finance division, including key policies, funding arrangements and an enterprise risk framework. As these were transitioned to new executives, Russ has focused on standing-up the supply chain Operations division as Interim Chief Operating Officer. His past executive roles have included Assistant Deputy Minister and Director positions in capital expenditure management, financial management and planning, business and service management and modernization.

Russ holds an Honour’s Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is an active Chartered Professional Accountant.
