Risk Assessment & Root Cause Analysis

Industry focused and industry driven, the purpose of risk assessment and root cause analysis projects is to support high-risk sectors in preventing injury and illness by identifying the hazards workers are exposed to and developing solutions to mitigate risk. With support from the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD), WSPS engages expert industry leaders, including front-line workers and supervisors, to identify the top health and safety hazards in their sectors, determine the underlying causes of top risks and to collaboratively propose solutions for worker protection.
