How can I obtain my MOL Learner ID ?

To obtain your MOL learner ID, send an e-mail with the following information to the best of your ability to JHSC.inquiryline@ontario.ca :

1. Your training provider and date of training
2. Your full name at the time of training
3. Your home address at the time of training
4. Your phone number or e-mail address at the time of training
