Planned System Maintenance: February 19–23

We want to let you know about some planned maintenance taking place from the end of day February 19 through February 23. Our website and online store will remain available throughout this window, but some account related features will be temporarily delayed until maintenance is complete.

What this means for you:

• You can still browse and place online orders, however new orders will not be processed until after maintenance is completed. Orders will not appear in your account or order history until after maintenance is completed.
• You will still be able to access previously ordered eCourses. Access to eCoruses from orders placed during the maintenance window will be delayed until maintenance is completed.
• Some post purchase features, such as automated follow-up confirmation messages may be delayed until maintenance is complete.
